Altech sought to create a reliable and user-friendly system that could effectively detect and prevent water damage in residential properties. This required a solution that could seamlessly integrate with various home environments and provide timely alerts and automated responses to minimize water leakage.
We collaborated with Altech to design and engineer Aqualarm, a comprehensive system comprising a central unit, remote sensors, and an actuator. The sensors are strategically placed throughout the property to detect leaks, transmitting wireless signals to the central unit. Upon detecting a leak, the central unit triggers the actuator to automatically shut off the water supply, preventing further damage and water waste.
Aqualarm provides homeowners with peace of mind and significant protection against water damage. The system's automated response minimizes water waste and prevents costly repairs, contributing to both environmental sustainability and financial savings.
